Dumb Decisions
In Week Four of our study of roads, we’ll talk about foolishness - my foolishness, your foolishness, the foolishness of humanity … lots and lots of foolishness.
But don’t worry, we’ll also talk about salvation.
Without the foolishness, there wouldn’t be any need for salvation. There’s a whole lot of grace and hope in that. You might even call it bouncy house hope, but you’d have to tune into this week’s video to find out what I mean by that.
To get to that big, big hope, we have to look at the foolishness first, we can’t gloss over it, but instead, we can share it in the safety of this life together. If you are feeling brave in the comments:
Share your story of a silly dumb decision.
Or share your story of a serious dumb decision.
Without looking at the foolishness we can’t get to the grace. So this week’s key questions are:
What’s the worst I could do? Is that forgivable?
Spoiler, the answer is always Yes! in Jesus.
Watch the video (you’re going to want to hear Katie and my dumb decision reveals) and join the conversation in the comments here on the blog, on youtube, or on social media:
