I noticed that most of us want to be doing a little bit better.

We want stronger mental health and we want more genuine relationships

We want to live outside of the boxes others create for our lives. We want to take risks in our relationships and be truer versions of ourselves.

But How Do we get there?

We start by opening the conversation.

We start by leaning in & finding out more about our mental health and our relationships, about ourselves and our values, about hope and about connectedness.

Therapy & Help

Therapy is for wellness. Asking for help is vulnerable, and also simply part of being human.

I am a licensed clinical social worker and mental health therapist in the state of Michigan. In my local therapy practice, I aim to create a safe space for wrestling with life, our sense of who we are, and our place of belonging in this world. Because of licensing laws, I can only participate in providing therapy to people in the state of Michigan. You can inquire about services through my office at Lighthouse Associates at https://www.lighthouseassociatesllc.com/.

I also recommend these three websites for finding a specialized therapist local to you. If you need immediate help, visit the crisis text line at crisistextline.org.
